MediRide EMS A Christmas to Remember Official Rules
Two random drawings will be held on December 21, 2009 at MediRide, Inc. EMS in Marquette, Michigan from all eligible nominations
received. Winners will be contacted by MediRide, Inc. EMS prior to prize delivery. Every attempt will be made by MediRide, Inc. EMS to
contact the winner(s), with the information provided by our web site nomination forms, however, if, MediRide, Inc. EMS is not able to contact
the winner(s) by 12:00 noon on December 23, 2009, a new drawing(s) will take place and prize will be awarded to the next drawing(s) winner.
Winner(s), by accepting the prize agree to hold MediRide, Inc. EMS, its agents, promotional partners, and assigns harmless from any and all
damages that may occur as a result of the prize(s) or toys / gifts included in the prize(s). Decisions of MediRide, Inc. EMS judges are final.
Grand Prizes include all food needed for a holiday dinner from Econo Foods of Marquette. MediRide, Inc. EMS has no control over donated
food items, and winner(s) agree to hold MediRide, Inc. EMS, Econo Foods of Marquette, their agents, promotional partners and assigns
harmless from any and all illness, injury, sickness and damages as a result of the food / dinner portion of the contest.
Two (2) GRAND PRIZES include, a full holiday meal. $500.00 in toys / gifts from MediRide, Inc. EMS. Meal includes ingredient items only,
and winner(s) will be responsible for preparation and cooking of the items, themselves. Econo Foods reserves the right to select all food items
to be given away, and may make substitutions at any time.
$500.00 in gifts and prizes to be given by MediRide, Inc. EMS may be substituted by a $500.00 gift card(s) redeemable at select retail
locations in Marquette, Michigan.

Employees and immediate family of MediRide, Inc. EMS, and Econo Foods of Marquette are not eligible to win.
